We are sure you will enjoy using the In2 after only
one practice! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, simply return your
unit within 15 days for an immediate refund or replacement. We will give you 15
days to decide whether you like the In2 or not. No questions asked. Well, we
might ask what you thought of the unit or what problems you ran into, but we won't try to sell you another unit.
In2Rowing warrants all In2 amplifiers to be
free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the
original date of purchase. This warranty is extended to original purchasers
only. Defective material returned to In2Rowing, together with proof of purchase,
will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Please contact us before returning
your unit to obtain an RMA number.

Damage incurred through
abuse, water immersion, severe shock, mishandling, negligence, or use in
violation of operating instructions.

Damage or defects if the product is taken apart,
repaired or modified by any person not authorized by In2Rowing.

Batteries will loose their ability to hold a
charge over time and must be replaced by an authorized In2 technician.
Express Exchange Replacement Plan:
We want you rowing, not worrying about the boat
electronics! The EERP is separate from the 1-year warranty that is included with
every In2 purchase. For $100 US domestic and $150 international, your In2
product will be protected against any down-time for 1 year. This means, if you
experience any technical problem with the In2, call us and we will
ship you a replacement unit with overnight shipping anywhere in the US
domestic 48 (3-5 day international). The EERP is valid for 1 year, claimable by
original purchaser, and is good for a single replacement event. No questions
asked. No special cases. You don't have to tell us 'how it really does
fit in the garbage disposal!' You'll have a brand new unit in your hot little
hands in 24 hours with 10 days to return the defective unit. Stop waiting and
