Shipping Policy -

We charge actual shipping plus $2.

We fill all in-stock orders within 24-48 hrs. Once a shipment is released, you will receive an email with a tracking number. FedEx takes time to update their tracking numbers. Allow 24 hours for a tracking number to work.  Please be aware that we will hold orders until all parts are in stock. If you would like us to ship a partial order, please give us a note in the comment section at checkout. Back Orders will be shipped cheap as possible (unless requested otherwise) and additional charges will apply.

We use either bubble mailers or a combination of box and newspaper for all packaging materials. Newspaper has many great things about it! It's a good way to recycle, it's cheap (free), it's a natural desiccant, and it's much easier to deal with for packaging and de-packaging than Styrofoam peanuts. Our apologies if the Adult Personals Section packaging material isn't your cup of tea.

If you have problems or receive an error during checkout (the shipping cost calculator works well, but not perfect), please contact us for a shipping quote.

We do not accept C.O.D. orders.

FedEx Delivery Times:

  • FedEx Ground: 4-5 Business Days
  • FedEx 2-Day : 2 Business Days
  • FedEx Standard Overnight : Next Business Day Guaranteed
  • FedEx International : 3-5 Business Days

All FedEx shipments will have a tracking # within the shipping confirmation. Give them 24 hours to show up online. All shipments are insured up to their full value.

Even though most business will deny it, most FedEx Ground shipments going to a residence can be shipped for around $6. Because of the price of many of our products, there will be insurance added to each shipment. Many shipping for FedEx Ground Residential shipments are ~$12 depending on weight. If you're experiencing costs of >$20 it is probably because your zip code is registering with FedEx as a remote location and a gas surcharge applies.

We hate extra shipping costs just as much as the next guy. If a shipping charge seems exorbitant to you, it probably is. Email us! We will be happy to double check the shipping charges for you.

Shipping Outside the United States: Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico or any place outside the U.S. must pay in US funds. Due to the special handling of international orders, it may  take an extra day to get the shipment out the door.


Payments -

You may pay by check, money order, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and the ever friendly PayPal. United States funds only. We do not accept C.O.D. orders.

Purchase Orders: Please note we do not accept purchase orders.


Minimum Orders -

There are no minimum orders! If you are willing to fork over shipping costs, we will gladly ship you $0.95 worth of accesories.


Sales Tax -

All orders with a Colorado shipping address must include 5.75% Colorado sales tax on the merchandise portion of your order, unless you provide us with an exemption permit or Colorado resale tax form.


Satisfaction Guaranteed -

In2Rowing strives to accurately describe all items and to provide high quality merchandise. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please email us and we will work out the best solution for your needs. All merchandise returns must be within 14 days in new, resalable condition for a refund or credit. Please see our returns policy for further information.


Warranty -

All products manufactured by In2Rowing carry a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects or problems. If a unit fails to charge, we'll get it fix! If a unit gets run over by a car, we cannot help you. We guarantee the merchandise to be delivered in good condition. We cannot make warranties and/or accept responsibility for use or misuse of any product beyond the selling price.
